This role will focus on developing and optimising omnichannel marketing campaigns to acquire, engage and retain customers across email, SMS, app & web.Lastly, they will support the evolution of our consumer contact program to be increasingly relevant, real time and channel agnostic, with a focus on driving the app and SMS marketing strategy.
Qualifications
Degree qualified (Marketing, Business/Commerce or similar discipline)
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in:
Experience in a similar role developing the CRM strategy and roadmap. Experience building email automations & lifecycle communications by audience (ie on-site / social / search) at scale, preferably for a B2C online retailer.
Demonstrated data driven customer marketing experience (client or agency)
Subject matter expert on marketing automation.
Proficient & hands-on email building skills inc. HTML/ CSS skills across creation of new and adaptation of existing templates.
