Working as a Customer Experience Officer for this Vocational Education leader gives you the rare opportunity to assist people in making important decisions regarding their study options, which will ultimately impact their future.
These positions are working within a face-to-face capacity with students. You may on occasion be required to support the team in other areas such as the contact centre, administration support and processing.
What will you do?
Speaking with students about courses, enrolment processes and payments.
Proactively promote the organisation's range of products and services to increase conversions.
Coordinate customer service requests and transactions in a high volume environment, providing general information and professional advice ensuring customer needs are continuously met.
Achieve individual key performance indicators including adherence, data quality, convert opportunity and average handle time.
