Food & Beverage Manager
Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then, we have the job for you! As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level in the world renown wine region of Barossa Valley.
As a Food & Beverage Manager you will assume full responsibility for managing every facet of our food & beverage department encompassing areas such as restaurant, bar, pool bar, room service, banqueting and events.
In this role you will:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Food & Beverage Department and develop innovative and insightful strategies for optimising guest experience and revenue performance.
- Leverage your extensive expertise to guide and mentor your team, ensuring they consistently curate memorable moments for our guests
- Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments and have input in creating menus, wine lists and beverage offerings
- Manage all administrative and planning aspects of the department, including scheduling, reporting, package and promotion development, recruitment, personnel management and ordering.
