- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- A high standard of grooming and presentation.
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends.
What you will be doing?
- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
- Supervise and delegate duties, ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
This is a Full-Time role - 38 hours per week.
