The Lendlease Development business is currently recruiting for 2 Development Managers to join our origination team . B ased at our Sydney head office, you will play a key role in supporting origination of potential development opportunities .
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying , evaluating and acquiring potential development sites . Responsibilities may include :
Market research and analytics
Site identification and evaluation
Development brief preparation
Commercial assessment of prospective sites
Collaboration with internal and external technical experts and stakeholders
About you:
You will have a s trong background in Development Management, preferably in the of fice or built apartment space
