The Senior Case Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant policy and legislation throughout the case management process. The role also depends on highly developed communication and relationship building skills as these are necessary to appropriately handle sensitive work matters and resolve conflict with tact and trust.
Duties:
Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures and relevant Commonwealth legislation across the entire case management cycle.
Demonstrate strong technical skills and knowledge in complex rehabilitation case management and/or performance and behaviour case management.
