Full Time Motor Mechanic
SALARY $75,000+ SUPERANNUATION
DUTIES
a. Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
b. Performing repairs on engines, transmissions, and other critical components.
c. Carrying out routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
d. Utilizing diagnostic tools to identify faults and determine the most effective repair solutions.
e. Maintaining high standards of safety and compliance with industry regulations.
f. Managing stock control and assisting in the ordering of parts and supplies.
g. Training and mentoring junior mechanics and apprentices to ensure they adhere to industry standards and safety practices.
h. Communicating with customers to explain the nature of repairs needed, providing estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the services rendered.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Relevant Certificate III and Certificate IV mandatory
Minimum 1 Year of full-time work experience
Languages - English, Hindi, Gujarati (preferred)
