Location: Rivervale, Western Australia
Salary: From AUD 60,000 - 100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality legal migration advice to new and existing clients.
2. Prepare, check, and lodge visa applications with accuracy and in a timely manner.
3. Ensure all applications comply with DHA requirements and are lodged within specified deadlines.
4. Maintain and update client information in the migration management system.
5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering them clear and compassionate support throughout the visa process.
6. Continuously expand your knowledge base in Australian migration law and visa pathways.
7. Contribute to building the agency’s reputation and client base by delivering top-tier service.
Qualifications:
1. Hold an active MARN and have never been involved in any misconduct.
2. A Graduate Certificate in Immigration Law is essential.
3. Proven ability to manage clients professionally and efficiently.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
6. Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Have 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent (RMA), specializing in handling student visas, partner visas, working visas, and General Skilled Migration (GSM) applications.
8. Research-driven and eager to explore new skills.
While this position is primarily on-site, we are open to considering suitable candidates from across the state with a Work From Anywhere (WFA) arrangement.
