Position: Full-Time Kitchen Attendant
- Hours: 36–38 hours/week, with shifts scheduled between 8:30 AM and 9:30 PM (weekday and weekend availability required)
- Start Date: December 2024
- Pay: Above Restaurant Industry Award (MA000119) Kitchen Attendant Grade 2 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment efficiently
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies
- Support cooks and chefs as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality role is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
