Our Japanese cuisine is looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will need the ability and the experience to assume full responsibility for the successful running, management, and performance of the kitchen daily. You will need a focus on customer satisfaction and service. The successful applicant will be hands on and part of the team who can lead from the front, provide high quality, customer service, customer satisfaction, and a consistent product to our guests on all levels. Able to work closely with management and all team members (FOH and BOH) in all aspects of the hotel
Able to demonstrate an ability and a passion for delivering high quality food and staying on trend with menu offerings
Experienced in a similar role within a similar establishment for over 5 years
Qualified with relevant certificates
