Position: Full-Time Cook
- Hours: 36–38 hours/week, with shifts from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM (weekday availability and Sundays till 3:00 PM required)
- Start Date: December 2024
- Pay: Above Restaurant Industry Award (MA000119) Level 2 Cook, Grade 1 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic, high-quality Vietnamese dishes
- Follow recipes precisely to ensure consistency and quality
- Adhere to food safety standards (Do Food Safely Certificate required)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Do Food Safely certification
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
- Previous experience in an Asian restaurant kitchen is highly desirable
