Lake Lucas Almonds Pty Ltd is a dedicated grower and producer of high-quality almonds based in Meilman East, Euston NSW 2737. Lake Lucas Almonds Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time qualified Machinery Supervisor.
The salary offered is $73,150 per annum plus superannuation.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
• Perform machinery maintenance.
• Operate machinery and equipment.
• Supervises and coordinates employees who operate machines.
• Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work.
• Ensures machine operation is done correctly.
• Monitors and evaluates production records and reports.
The applicants will have the following skills and experience:
• At least a relevant AQF Diploma or equivalent, alternatively, relevant 3 years of work experience may substitute the formal qualifications.
• Previous work experience as a Farm Mechanic or Farm Equipment Maintenance Supervisor within Agriculture/Horticulture is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience of agricultural production principles.
• Possess advanced knowledge and experience in farming machinery maintenance.
