Tokyo Doll is looking for an experienced Chef / Cook to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking someone who is experienced, passionate, driven and who can lead a team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Designing menus, calculating food, and procuring food supplies
• Supervising dish quality throughout preparation and presentation
• Consulting with kitchen staff and servers about food preparation matters
• Demonstrating methods and providing guidance on cooking techniques
• Preparing and cooking meals
• Educating on and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
WHAT YOU NEED:
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma
• A minimum of 2-3 years managerial experience working in a fast pace, high-volume restaurant
• Good communication skills
• Outstanding customer relations
Salary Expectation: $70,000 to $80,000
