This role is responsible in ensuring that the operational processes run smoothly and enables users to conduct their day-to-day activities efficiently. You will provide effective ongoing support services for approved council applications from initial installation to maintenance and further custom design.
The successful candidate will possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Information Services/Information Technology/Computer Science or similar relevant discipline with extensive relevant practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in the management and support of corporate systems in a large government or commercial setting,
