Our client, a Global Manufacturer of Lubricants for the mining and automotive industries, is looking for a Senior Health and Safety Manager to take a Strategic and Operational approach in partnering with the business to develop and implement the OHS management systems, policies and procedures.
The skill to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership is imperative as is the capacity to architect and drive change with a proven ability to work independently and to build strong working relationships.
Core Duties:
Develop and lead processes for monitoring, measuring and evaluating OHS performance
Develop, manage, evaluate and improve OHS audit processes and conduct OHS hazard and management system audits.

Training and Development
Track and monitor that all procedures/guidelines of operation relating to saftey are tracked and monitored for currency
