We are seeking a Superintendent Metal Products Maintenance to lead the Metal Products Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate people leader with strong risk management skills and understanding, who can continue to drive a successful, collaborative and engaged team.
This role requires a strategic mindset for the delivery of a comprehensive Asset Management Plan for the Metal Products department, with a focus on strong asset performance through defect elimination; effective work and shutdown management processes; and efficient delivery of proactive maintenance tactics to improve asset health.
