We are looking for an experienced Planning & Approvals Manager to join our team in Brisbane, working from the Milton office. This pivotal role involves driving the planning, approvals, and tenure management for Borals sites across Queensland, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory. With regular monthly travel and site visits, youll play a vital role in securing operational continuity, managing expansions, and ensuring compliance with all planning and regulatory requirements.
Your day will involve:
Regional Oversight: Oversee planning for all Boral assets in SEQ, regional QLD, NT, and WA, including concrete, asphalt, and quarries. Provide planning expertise and manage all statutory approvals and encroachment issues.
Consultant Management: Engage and direct consultants for specialized planning needs, ensuring project requirements are met and approvals are secured efficiently.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary contact with state and local governments for site
