Canberra Health Services (CHS) Audit and Risk Management Committee (ARMC) is chaired by an independent external member whose role is to provide an independent perspective to the CHS Network Executive our highest level of governance. ARMCs role is to provide independent advice to CHS Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on financial and performance reporting responsibilities, risk oversight and management, and system of internal control.
