THE OPPORTUNITY
PLI are seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join our shutdown team working across multiple sites and activities including; fixed plant maintenance; structural remediation; operational construction projects; deconstruction, repair, fabrication, boiler-making.
DUTIES INCLUDE
Leading, directing and motivating a diverse team, including boilermakers, fitters, crane operators and riggers
Maintain and build relationships with clients, offering services, quoting and, creating relationships;
Manage and deliver expert advice and assistance to industry best practice and to ensure the quality of work delivered to clients and external stakeholders is consistently of a high standard;
High level planning and strategic thinking skills with the ability to set priorities and manage complex workflows across multiple work fronts;
