Volgren Australia We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Body Builder to join our Chassis/Fabrication team. You will be responsible for constructing, modifying, and assembling vehicle body parts for our range of high-quality buses. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with strong mechanical skills and attention to detail. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Construct and modify vehicle body parts and frameworks using shaping machines, cutting, and welding equipment. Assemble and install interior trims, such as flooring, seats, and paneling. Study blueprints and specifications to determine the materials and procedures needed for vehicle construction. Attach and adjust vehicle-specific components, such as door trims, locks, seals, and handles. Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards. Use hand and power tools to shape, cut, and assemble metal parts according to technical drawings. Work collaboratively within the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Qualification & Experience Certificate III or IV in Engineering (Fabrication) or relevant qualification. Proven experience in vehicle body building or a similar role. Strong knowledge of metalworking, welding, and assembly techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Good physical strength and stamina, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
