Your Responsibilities will include:
Support managers in best practices for HR management, including job design, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning.
Provide timely advice on HR policies, employment legislation, and industrial agreements.
Facilitate corporate induction and performance review processes to enhance employee performance.
Coordinate a learning and development program and annual training calendar focused on best practices.
Enhance employee relations capability through coaching and guidance.
Assist managers with employee performance issues and lead workplace investigations as necessary.
Maintain positive relationships with unions, employer associations, and other stakeholders.
Conduct HR reporting to support compliance and decision-making.
Contribute to the development of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Perform general HR duties as required.
Skills and Experience Required
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
