Olympus will be the sixth venue from the team behind Sydney institutions The Apollo and Cho Cho San in Potts Point, Brisbane's Greca and Yoko Dining, located at the vibrant and bustling Howard Smith Wharves and The Apollo in Tokyo. Set to open as the Centerpiece restaurant in the new Surry Hills Village precinct opening later this year, the 200-seat restaurant and bar is inspired by ancient Greek grill house cooking and designed to be a place of celebration perfect for sharing great food with loved ones.

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to undertake the following duties:
- Manage the ordering process for food and beverage ingredients
- Participate in regular stock-takes and maintenance of ordering systems
- Provide creative input in our food and beverage program to develop new products and train staff in their execution
- Enforce health and safety standards throughout the venue
- Recruit and select front of house staff members, and ensure appropriate training is delivered
- Provide a superior guest experience by ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Manage the end to end reservation experience from small groups to large scale private events to the highest standard

Requirements:
- A Diploma in Hospitality or at least 3 years in management/ supervising roles in Hospitality
- Has great knowledge and a deep passion for our industry.
- Experience in planning and organising special events and occasions
- Experience in hatted restaurants environment preferred but not essential
Salary: $71, 312 - $75,000 plus 11.5% Super
