Cho Cho San Restaurant is looking for a Chef De Partie. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Potts Point,NSW.
The will be responsible for the following duties:
· Work Across all sections of the kitchen, from cooking the grill to running the raw bar.
· Work with the head chef and sous chef on the creation and implementation and development of new dishes.
· Train junior team members to the Cho Cho San standard
· Stock ordering and regular stocktakes
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
· 3 years minimum experience required and experience
· Relevant Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma;
· Experience in Japanese cuisine a plus not essential
Pay: $73,210-78,000 per annum + 11.5% super
