Our Reservations Agents are at the beginning of an exceptional guest journey as you make them feel welcome and provide a personalised experience during your interactions with them.
Responsibilities and duties (but not limited to):
- Managing all communication regarding reservations for the Hotel
- Handle all enquiries relating to bookings via email or phone
- Exhibit high sales performance and maximise all sales leads by ensuring close of sale, and up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates
- Administration of reservations, including maintaining a precise filing system
