We are seeking a Corporate Services Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is critical in strengthening the financial administration and overall sustainability of the organization by effectively managing our corporate services department and key corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement administrative and operational procedures and guidelines for the organization.
• Conduct strategic planning reviews and support the business development team in achieving company targets.
• Oversee the organization’s administrative and human resources functions across all locations, including Australian offices and warehouses.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, with experience using Quickbooks Accounting software.
• Relevant experience in a senior corporate services role (e.g., Finance, IT, and Asset Management).
• Coordinate interdepartmental relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration between Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
• Facilitate weekly operations meetings, develop action plans, and ensure their effective implementation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets by providing accurate information and support.
• Represent the organization at conventions, seminars, and public hearings, promoting both existing and new programs.
• Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Provide operational support to senior management and lead the administrative team to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-3 years of experience in managing corporate service functions, with a strong focus on financial management.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
