Bellingen Hotel Pty Ltd operates 3 hotels in regional NSW in Bellingen 2454 (The Federal Hotel), Branxton 2335 (The Royal Federal Hotel) and Cessnock ( The Australia Hotel).

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop, who is willing and able to step up when required. This role is for someone who is keen to commit to a full time position. Weekdays and weekends are a requirement as we operate seven days a week lunch and dinner.

Job Duties:
Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Oversee and manage kitchen operations
Clean and organize kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities
Train apprentices and other kitchen staff
