Qualifications & experience
We require the following
• At least 2 years of experience
• Be consistent and have attention to details
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
• Be reliable and flexible with working hours
• Certificate III Painting and Decorating
• White card
• Own vehicle
• Own tools
Tasks & responsibilities
• Assessing job and preparing site to ensure protection from paint spattering on unwanted areas
• Erecting scaffolding, ladders and positioning drop sheets
• Preparing surfaces for painting by removing old coverings and ensuring surfaces are smooth and ready for painting
• Meet client's expectations by choosing the best suited paint, by mixing the appropriate amounts of paint, colours and additives to achieve wanted result
• Applying paints to designated surfaces
• Skilled in decorative finished such as: Venetian Plaster, Florentine Plaster
• Using brushes, rollers and sprays as most suitable for the job
• Ensuring work areas are left clean
Benefits
• Salary: $65.000.– $75,000 pa + superannuation
