Halcyon Knights is seeking a Senior Facilities & Accommodations Officer to join a large state government department in Adelaide CBD for a 04 month assignment with a high possibility of extension.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage and oversee facilities to ensure they?re in top shape for the department.
Supervise cleaning, hygiene, pest control, and grounds maintenance services.
Conduct safety reviews and analyze room usage for effective space management.
Respond to maintenance requests and ensure smooth facility operations.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
Experience in facilities management, especially in a government setting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing needs.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
