Temporary Reception & Admin Support for Top Real Estate Agency in the Norwest Immediate Start!
The Role:
Provide warm, welcoming reception support.
Answer phones and handle admin tasks.
Assist the sales team with ordering flyers, marketing materials, ordering signboards, and various other marketing items.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous reception/admin experience.
Microsoft office and professional phone skills.
Canva skills; ability to create marketing collateral using templates.
Familiarity with Printforce advantageous.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
