As part of CSN Customer Needs Crew - Centre of Excellence (CoE) we co-ordinate changes that impact the Customer Service Network (CSN) and help resolve their challenges effectively and efficiently.
We represent and protect the interests of CSN in our role by collaborating with Product Owners, Working With Agile (WWA) Leads, Subject Matter Experts, Support Office and the CSN frontline (Branches).
