An established mid sized Financial services firm, who are Private Equity backed, are in need of an experienced Payroller to join them on an Interim basis for around 3 months, this role would ideally go permanent so requires someone who is happy with this. This role requires only 1-2 days a week max in either of their offices along the M4 corridor. You will need to come from SME sized businesses with experience of either building a payroll process from scratch or completely overhauling an existing one. The role will bring you into contact with several senior level contacts in this highly acquisitive group so you must have confidence, gravitas and be a real problem solver. Financial Services experience is an Advantage
Circa 125 monthly paid staff, some on bonus & overtime
