About the role
Reporting directly to the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Manager, the Business Coordinator , will be a key member of the Farleigh Mill Site Team. Tasked with providing administrative support to key Site Managers, Supervisors and Department Heads, the Business Coordinators role, will assist in helping to drive and achieve the Sites strategic goals, through collaborative work activities, as well as the co-ordination of meetings / events and site training requirements, whilst facilitating effective communication through all levels of the Site and the broader organization.
The position is based at our Farleigh Mill, the Business Coordinator is to convey a professional and confidential management image to all grower members, site personnel, visitors and telephone contacts.
