Grand Pacific Health is looking for experienced Community Engagement Officer to support the establishment of the new Queanbeyan Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Hub.
The Queanbeyan AOD hub will utilise an approach that prioritises strong coordinated care. The hub will provide treatment and support for people using the service, including warm referrals to other services that meet the persons social, emotional wellbeing needs centred around a collaborative care plan that is led by the consumer. Services can be delivered virtually, on country or through outreach.
The Queanbeyan AOD Hub is a collaboration between Grand Pacific Health, Directions Health and Katungul Aboriginal Corporation Region Health and Community Services.
