The Role
Reporting to Express Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the Service Point operations and provision of quality customer services to our customers.
Your responsibilities will involve:
Handle and maintain daily Service Point operations, including queue management, drop-off shipment and collection handling, shipment check, payment collection, etc.
Handle enquiries of walk-in customers and provide quality customer services to win Happy customers with high satisfaction and loyalty
Perform general clerical support such as data entry, reporting etc.
Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
Maintaining outstanding customer service standard
Support ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
In order to establish your career within this position, you will require the following attributes and attitude:
At least 6 months' experience in a data entry/admin/customer service/ receptionist position
