Primary Objective:
This role is to provide high-level project management and administrative support to the Economic Development team in the Growth and Economic Development program area.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure delivery of identified projects including assist and prepare project briefs
Manage and support events across the team (preparing documentation, reporting, coordinating information
Maybe required to assist with community consultations including responding to feedback from stakeholders/residents and providing information
Prepare web and social media content for team regarding projects
Prepare emails, documents, reports, agenda as required
Provide a high level of administrative support to the Infrastructure section and assist events team (if required).
Undertaking ad hoc projects, as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certificate and/or Diploma in Project
