CHEF REQUIRED – FULL TIME
The desired candidate will be motivated and dedicated to work as well as being encouraged to demonstrate your creativity and skills during the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will work in a team of professionals who share your love of cooking & will be involved in the efficient running of a busy high-volume kitchen.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:
• Experience in fast-paced environments and high-volume conditions
• Have excellent time management ability and organisational skills
• Take pride in the work you produce and have passion for what you do
• Previous experience in high-volume, multi-venue operations is advantageous
• An enthusiastic attitude and a good work ethic
• Immediate start in busy restaurants
• An ability to work as part of a team and produce a consistent product is a must
Main tasks include:
Planning menus,
Preparing and cooking food.
Monitoring quality and presentation of dishes.
Training staff.
Follow all health regulations and explain to others.
Advise on required cooking procedures.
