The Business Improvement Section is focused on evidence-based continuous improvement to ensure our clients receive streamlined and accurate decisions in respect to their claims. The Section also supports DVAs strategic objectives through targeted efficiency improvements aimed at delivering best practice solutions to streamline processes and enhance the client service experience. We are seeking Business Improvement Officers to work in partnership with service delivery teams to enhance claims processing capability and the DVA experience for veterans and their families. The positions will undertake critical assessment of business processes, project management and the design and implementation of improvement initiatives to achieve client focused outcomes. Duties
