The Future Focus Team (FFT) exists to ensure a futures thinking lens is applied to DVAs policies, strategies, frameworks and processes. The FFT is a fast paced, supportive, dynamic team currently delivering a number of high profile, high priority initiatives across three work streams: Futures Thinking Capability, Critical Projects and Process Improvement. The three areas work in partnership to inform the strategy and business processes required to drive effective, future focused change. Key activities include:
Engaging with stakeholders to conduct research, trend analysis, futures forecasting, and scenario planning relevant to veteran and family outcomes.
Generating new insights from across DVA to inform strategic decisions and ongoing reform activities.
