Due to rapid growth and national expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Claims Scheduling Officer to join our team in Meadowbrook.
The role:
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers
Schedule and maintain technician appointments
Liaise with restoration technicians
Review technician reports and submit to clients
Perform a range of administration duties and support to our team and clients
