We are looking for a qualified and experienced cook to work at our restaurant in Bunbury , Watersedge Café and Restaurant..

Qualification Required: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience working within a busy kitchen.
The main duties are:
Plan menu preparation & ensure adequate supplies are available for expected service
* Follow the instructions given by chef
* Maintain excellent presentation standards for all food, whilst maintaining recipe standards
* Regulating and monitoring temperatures of all the equipment's used in kitchen like grills, fridges, ovens and freezers
* Prepare and cook food and seasoning of the food to ensure high quality* Ensure correct portioning of the food items during serving of food .
*Asist and train the kitchen hands and apprentice in the kitchen.
* Keep all working areas clean, tidy and ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned to OHS standards
