Annual Salary Range from $80,751 - $119,786

Teaching staff at SCC are required to:
• Use diverse and effective teaching strategies to deliver the curriculum.
• Dedicate time to lesson planning and organisation whilst ensuring the curriculum is relevant for your subjects and year levels per the state and national course requirements.
• Address diverse learner needs in curriculum design by collaborating with support staff.
• Integrate technology to enhance learning.
• Assess and provide meaningful feedback on student progress about their performance, achievements, attitude or behaviour where required and at Parent Teacher Interviews
• Write academic reports according to guidelines.
• Develop and assess learning materials and recommend implementation to subject coordinators.
• Support and engage in co-curricular programs as needed.
• Manage equipment, materials, and first aid needs according to OHS guidelines.
• Exercising duty of care through effective, professional supervision
• Maintain accurate student attendance records.
• Attend scheduled subject and staff meetings.
• Maintain Professional Development
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality
• Maintain a manner of life that reflects an adherence to and support for the beliefs, teachings, values, and attitudes of Christianity and the Vision and Mission Statement of the College
