Duncraig is a suburb of Perth, the capital city of Western Australia, and is located 16 kilometres north of Perth's central business district (CBD) between Marmion Avenue and Mitchell Freeway.
As a Head Chef you will be responsible both for managing the operation of the kitchen, with accountability for the achievement of the kitchen’s success and maximising business growth and sustainability opportunities by both fulfilling and building upon the Venue’s guests food experiences.

What you’ll do:
- Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectations
- Menu planning, inventory management and food preparation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment
- Create and manage staff rosters
- Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards
