The Strategy Manager works across the Rest Executive leadership team, Board, and senior leaders and specialists at Rest to:
- Support the design and delivery of the overall Rest-wide strategy process, including Board-level and Executive-level strategic planning.
- Support the development of an industry-leading strategic vision for Rest, working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders (Executive, and other relevant leaders).
- Provide strategy consulting through delivery of specific projects as required.
Summary of key accountabilities:
- Strategic Planning: Support the design and delivery of the overall Rest-wide strategy process, including Board-level and Executive-level strategic planning as well as an industry-leading strategic vision for Rest.
- Stakeholder Management: Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders (Board, Executive, and other relevant leaders).
- Project Leadership: Manage and/or support strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with defined objectives and deliver the intended results. This includes defining the approach and managing timelines as well as driving high quality insights and recommendations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to lead and/or support strategic projects and other activities as required.
- Experience design: Apply member-centric design in strategy development.
- Market and Internal Analysis: Conduct comprehensive industry, market, internal and competitor analyses/benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Board and Management Reporting: Preparing regular Board and Management reporting that outlines progress against our strategy and key member outcomes.
