Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by prioritizing tasks effectively. 5. Keep stock control system up to date and place orders as necessary. 6. Provide guidance and supervision to kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth running of the kitchen. 7. Monitor and control stock levels, waste and all costs related to the kitchen. 8.
