We work with clients to ensure safety and legislative compliance, and our finance team ensures that requirements such as workers’ timesheet completion and invoicing are carried out efficiently. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and financial regulations. Manage the financial reporting process, including month-end and year-end close activities Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and financial regulations. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal professionals to support audits, tax filings, and legal compliance. Facilitating client billing and invoicing NDIS clients Assess and optimize financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support investor relations activities as required. Support ongoing corporate entity restructuring and capital raising initiatives under guidance from senior leadership.     Qualification & Experience An Ideal Candidate Must Be: Professionally Qualified You have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards. Experience in audit is a plus.
