Primary Responsibilities as a Horticulture Team Member, you will:
Perform open space maintenance, including turf care, weeding, spraying, machinery upkeep, pruning, planting, watering, and irrigation maintenance.
Establish and maintain garden beds, ensuring they thrive year-round.
Carry out routine maintenance of parks and gardens.
Operate and maintain various horticultural machinery safely and professionally.
Respond to ad hoc client requests with a proactive approach.
Promote a 'one company' culture, taking responsibility for your role within the team.
Adhere to safety processes, procedures, SWMS, and SOPs to ensure the highest safety standards.
