Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of robotics, CNC machines, and automation systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with customers to identify and understand their specific requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment.
Train customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of machinery and automation systems.
Document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
What you'll need to succeed
Industrial mechanical trade qualification or related.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting. Restricted Electrical licence is required.
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in the electronics, Robotics, CNC, or within the Automation industry.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
