The RCC Coordinator is an integral part of the NDIS Team. You will engage with the community and their families to work to provide responsive individualized services and support for each person and family consistent with possible NDIS opportunities. You will lead, mentor and develop the local workforce and understand wider community expectations to ensure individual client plans are culturally safe and effective.
