About the role
This position contributes to the delivery of Councils strategic plans, development controls and policies; by providing certification relating to subdivision works in our urban release areas and for other types of significant developments across the Penrith Local Government Area, together with providing engineering advice on strategic planning matters, proposals for rezoning and voluntary planning agreements; and ensuring that development and infrastructure works are planned, designed and delivered to meet legislative requirements & Councils strategic & operational objectives.
This position is a permanent full-time opportunity.
Access to a Leaseback Vehicle or Motor Vehicle Allowance is available with this position; however, it is not a condition of employment.
Commencing Salary: A competitive salary will be negotiated with the preferred applicant with a package up to $150, including 3.5% Civil Liabilities Allowance and 11.5% Super.
