About the Role
We are currently seeking applications for anAssistant Boilerbased at our Invicta Mill in North Queensland's Burdekin region, known for its stunning landscapes, rich agricultural heritage, and a vibrant community. The Burdekin region offers a fantastic lifestyle with a warm climate, beautiful beaches and a range of recreational activities, making it a great place to live and work.
The Assistant Pan Boiler is responsible for the production of low-grade sugar by monitoring and controlling batch/continuous pans, assessing crystal size and massecuite quality and making required changes to ensure sugar quality is met.
This is a permanent position in our sugar processing factory which requires shift work during the crushing season, including weekends and overtime; and day work only during the maintenance period.
